In the Seams

“In the Seams” is an art exhibition centered around the idea of “wild art” emerging in the hidden corners of the city. We bring together artists from around the world and their observations of these overlooked fragments, collectively composing a poetic anthology stitched from the city’s scattered pieces.

The dimensions are based on the proportions of a brick, allowing it to become one of the city’s building blocks—an object that physically echoes the material fabric of urban spaces.

The book uses exposed-spine thread stitching, paired with a chipboard cover. Text on the cover is transferred using a manual transfer technique, creating a distinctive tactile roughness that reflects the raw textures of the city.
